The Air It Out Hotline is a space to vent, confess, and, most importantly, untangle the workflow nightmares that stand between great ideas and finished work. Together, Air and It’s Nice That explored the messy, beautiful reality of creative process, where inspiration meets last-minute amends, and a “quick 20-minute job” turns into three weeks of back-and-forth.
We developed a modular visual identity to bring this story to life. Built from a flexible set of lockups and paired with expressive illustrations, the system mirrors the fragmented, unpredictable nature of creative workflows. The result was a bold, adaptable identity that captures both the frustrations and the humor of the creative process, while giving the hotline a recognisable voice across all its touchpoints.
